“I used to be so paralyzed by feeling the need to be led by the Holy Spirit, that you would find me doing nothing. I’m telling you, we don’t need a ‘leading of the Spirit’. It says that the disciples went out and the Holy Spirit went along with them and confirmed the Word that they acted out. The Holy Spirit followed the disciples, confirming the word that they preached. See, we have this idea that we’re the Holy Spirit’s helper. But He’s our helper. He called us to do the will of God. He’s there to come along side us, to confirm the word in the things that we do. I don’t need a ‘leading’. I don’t need to ask God if God wants you well. I know the will of God.
If God has to tell you to do every little thing, then there’s no virtue in it.
